The two title papers a buyer might reasonably reach for are a 1999 BioDrugs review of children with idiopathic growth hormone deficiency (PMID 18031173) and a 2006 discussion of adult-onset growth hormone insufficiency (PMID 18046908). Neither measured body composition in trained adults.
