A Phase 2 trial in acute hamstring strain, NCT07437547, began recruiting in February 2026 with an estimated 120 participants and does not list primary completion before February 2027. Until something like that reports, nobody can price a benefit, because no benefit has been demonstrated in people. Tested athletes have a separate problem: WADA prohibits BPC-157 at all times under S0, the category for non-approved substances.

Costing a vial against the block you would lose

The reason this compound gets searched is not curiosity about peptide chemistry. It is a strained tendon in week three of a programme and the prospect of losing the next six weeks.
